Dear friends – Have you ever wondered what legacy you will leave behind? I was thinking about my legacy a few years ago when I accepted a challenge to write a novel – 50,000 words in the 30 days – with the free on-line writing community, NaNoWriMo. Now, I am pleased to announce that my Christian fiction novel, “Elephant in the Room,” has been published in print and e-book formats to purchase from Dove Christian Publishers or from Amazon.

I write Bible studies to encourage you to know and love the Lord through His written word and the living Word, Jesus Christ. I’ll also write about biblical counseling issues, teaching Sunday School, homeschooling, Thanksgiving and Christmas. In the Spring of 2020, the world was quarantined to shelter-at-home because of the Coronavirus. To promote the joy of family read-alouds rather than the 
binge-watching lifestyle, I decided to release my second Christian fiction novel, “Always a Bridesmaid,” as a free Seclusion Serial, posting one chapter each weekday, with Book Club Discussion Questions and Bible Study Questions posted on Saturdays.

Kristen, Your enthusiasm for helping others to use the word of God effectively in their lives is obvious in this “announcement” video. I especially like that you are leading by example and that studying the Bible’s perspective on food has benefited you and your husband spiritually. I liked the part where you surprised your friend Angela with the book dedication.
